My Story
I started my career in New York where ambition is currency and innovation is survival. There, in the fast-paced world of digital strategy and executive consulting, I quickly learned a truth that still guides my work: transformation isn't about technology. It's about people, vision, and the courage to rethink what’s possible.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led and advised digital and AI transformation initiatives across industries – from global corporations to mid-sized champions. What sets me apart is not just experience, but perspective: I hold a PhD focused on cyberpsychology, blending deep technical insight with an understanding of human behavior in the digital age.
Today, I serve as a trusted Digital & AI Transformation Advisor to executives and PE-backed companies who don’t just want slides – they want results. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership teams, translate complexity into clarity, and ensure digital initiatives don’t get stuck between strategy and execution. Whether guiding a digital roadmap, designing a change management architecture, or challenging the status quo, I bring structure, momentum, and authority to the table.
